DELIVERY & REFUND POLICY

DELIVERY

  • Delivery to mainland UK is FREE on all orders, however if your location is outside this area do feel free to call or email for a delivery quote.
  • We usually aim to dispatch all orders the next working day.  Very occasionally there may be a delay of up to five working days in dispatching orders, so please contact us beforehand if your order is very urgent. (This obviously does not apply to items marked PRE-ORDER).
  • All parcels over 2kg go via next day courier, so will arrive the day after dispatch.  This includes all turnout rugs, stable rugs and fly rugs over 5'9".
  • All parcels under 2kg go via Hermes Tracked. This includes all fleece rugs, all sizes of fly rugs up to 5'9, lycra hoods, exercise sheets, fly veils etc.


REFUND POLICY

All returned items must be accompanied by the returns form (correctly completed) on the link below:

If the wrong size has been bought or the item doesn't fit, then you may return the item for refund or exchange up to 30 days from date of purchase, subject to the item being clean, undamaged, and in the original packaging with any tags intact.  We recommend that you use a sheet underneath your new rugs when trying them for size and that you do not remove any tags until you are happy with the fit.  Postage of such returns is at the customer's expense.  

At Maxima Equestrian we take great care to provide good quality products, but very occasionally a manufacturing defect may slip past our quality control.  If you receive an item that is unsatisfactory in quality, damaged, unfit for purpose or not as described, you may return the item for a full refund or exchange if you contact us within 30 days of purchase.
